So thats why List<T> doesn’t have events or virtual methods . . .

I think Bill answered my open question best. I guess this makes sense, and taken in the context of the design guidelines that mihailik made reference to it would be best to derive from the binding list. I am left feeling uncomfortable though that BindingList<T> probably has more than I want. So far I haven’t been able to find a happy medium. Thanks guys!
