Justin King describes how to install the new Windows XP theme (Energy Blue). I’m using it now, its really nice, nice clean lines – glassy UI’s aren’t for teletubbies.

Hi there,
Not officially since Tablet PC which is what this theme is for is a super set of XP Professional. Having said that, if you unpack the exe using WinZip you should be able to manually install it.

Can u install this theme and make it work on windows vista basic?

I don’t think it is possible.
Wikipedia: “All Energy Blue resources were incorporated in Windows Media Center 2005 edition. Due to the introduction of the Aero interface design in Windows Vista, it is unlikely that this theme will be incorporated in future Windows versions.”
