Jonathan Cogley: Pair Programming Interviews

Jonathan Cogley just pointed me to a post on his blog about using Pair Programming as an interview tool. Its a very interesting technique and I am going to be tempted to employ (no pun intended) it in the future – a seasoned developer shouldn’t have any problems dropping into the code and trying to tackle a simple problem right?
