Where did my bag go?

April 3, 2006

Actually – I know where my bag went. It drove away on a bus with the number 30 on the side, it drove away so fast that I couldn’t catch it, and it drove away one and a half hours before I needed to get on a flight to Sydney.

In all fairness, its not the bag’s fault, I left it on the bus, and its an inanimate object so its hardly likely to protest. I got on the phone to Action but unfortunately nothing could be done before I had to leave for my flight so I got my awesome lovely gorgeous wife to pick me up and take me to the airport along with a replacement bag of clothes.

Somedays it doesn’t pay to get out of bed . . .

Looks like the Sydney Windows Infrastructure Group is kicking off. I just love the name of the group – SWIG, reminds me of drinking, actually the acronym isn’t SWIG, its SWIUG, which isn’t a bad thing right? It sounds more classy.

Their first session is going to be on Windows 2003 R2 and what is coming along the line in Longhorn Server.
