I went to bed before midnight last night, and I didn’t wake up until about 7:30am this morning, and even then I didn’t crawl out of bed until about 8:00am - so why the hell am I tired? Oh - thats right, I didn’t have a coffee yesterday, and I haven’t had one today so I am right in the middle of a caffeine crash.
One way to solve that . . .

I fell asleep in I.C.T and I don’t know why.
We moved to a nicer apartment the first of the month. Ever since then, I get really sleepy sitting on the couch. I go to bed at 9am and get up at 5am. I have two cups of coffee and cereal for breakfast, plus i drink diet coke during the day. about 3 small bottles. I sleep good during the night, waking once or twice but going back to sleep. I eat lunch and dinner. Never had this situation in the last apartment. For the past two 1/2 years in the last apartment there have been alot of tension between other tenants. drug abuse and abusive behavior plus this couple got evicted. The landlords grandson moved in, and it was more tension. I have been on Coumadin for 6 months which is a blood thinner. Im not sleeply if i have to run errands or anything, just when i sit on the couch. I dont dare take a nap or i wont be able to sleep at night.
What is this about? Can someone pls help me?
