I’ve been reading Mauricio Freitas’ blog with interest and his battles with DHL to get a package delivered. It sounds like that this is part DHL but possibly also due to down time at the New Zealand Customs Service. The ability to import and export products from overseas is the lifeblood of many industries, not to mention the individuals that rely on them. I wonder how long these delays can go on before it has a serious economic impact - maybe it is already?
