Cool Palette Generation Tool

Kym left a comment on my blog so I followed the the think that was left behind. This entry had a cool link to a site called ColorBlender.com. Basically you use an RGB scroller and based on the colours you pick it generates a reasonable looking palette for you. Very cool idea for the graphically challenged.

JoS: Feature Development Priorities

Another great article by Joel Spolsky on setting feature development priorities for shrink-wrap software. This is the second time I’ve seen this technique used in about three weeks and at first I thought it was a sign of weakness that the product team didn’t know what to do next, but now I think it may have been them opening up their internal planning process to a wider community to get wider feedback.

Don’t know if asking MVPs for input would skew the results or not!!
