BIL vs. Schematron

I was reading Bill McCarthy’s blog a few moments ago and I noticed that he had linked to Geoff and he was talking about adding a behavioural language to help support some of the more complex schema requirements.

I’m just wondering if either of the guys have heard of Schematron. Believe it or not, it is actually an ISO standard (not that it really means anything).

Schematron rocks and is a cool way turning those ugly xml validation errors to human readable ones. We have used it in the past to do loan data validation and give the human some meaningful errors.

The other cool thing is that it is australina technology.
