Announcement: Code Camp Oz 2007 (Dates and Call for Speakers)

Greg Low and I are pleased to announce the dates for Code Camp Oz 2007. The dates for the event this year have moved to the 31st of March and 1st of April so remember to update your calendars. We are currently looking for speakers for the event so if you think you would like to present at Code Camp in Wagga Wagga this year please send an e-mail to speakers@codecampoz.com. Because there is only a small number of sessions so we won’t be able to accept everyone as speakers, but we hope that won’t stop you attending. The mix that we are looking at this year content wise is:

·         Orcas (3 Sessions)

·         WPF (2 Sessions)

·         WCF (2 Sessions)

·         WF (1 Session)

·         WCS (1 Session)

·         SharePoint (1 Session)

·         Office (1 Session)

·         Other (3 Sessions)

Thanks once again has to go to Charles Sturt University which will be hosting the event once again. This is our third annual Code Camp in Wagga Wagga and you know what they say about v3.0 J

“and you know what they say about v3.0”

It’s the exact same framework as V2.0 with a new set of tools?

Hopefully we can get a few more “tools” along this year!🙂

I know it was discussed at the Albury/Wodonga .NET Users Group last night.

    Hi David,

    Venue availability.

    Hi Andrew,

With Orcas there is going to be a new framework (3.5) which includes the LINQ classes (among other things). But yes – I am looking forward to having more tools.
