So I am currently standing in the bag drop queue at Qantas Domestic in Sydney. The queue is currently out of the barrier and moving very slowly. If I look at the service counters, they have between two and three people – would be nice if they spread those people out to the other ten vacant counters to process the line faster.
It seems that there is some kind of problem in the Qantas system, either lots of delayed flights, or a computer issue that is slowing down the check-in process. I wish I was booked on a Virgin Blue flight. At least I could have avoided the queue and would be sitting in the lounge right now.
